We've had nothing short of a great experience renting through Century 21. The correspondence between us and the owners when there is a maintenance issue is always handled in a smooth and timely manner.

I would have wanted some sort of documentation on what work was done. I didn’t receive any information and have no idea what the work order was even for. All I know is that they worked on the pool filter. But they didn’t leave instructions in case I needed to do something or if they would come back at a later date. I’m assuming they did a good job. My only comment would be that some sort of document showing the work done would be nice. But other than that, I did like how y’all email us to notify of work on the house. Good job!! Really satisfied with the service.
