Dealt with Fraser who was kind and courteous. Sent quotes over as promised for a new car. Unfortunately the extremely expensive APR from VW finance at 10.9% plus a very low trade in value meant we could not get a deal together. PCPs at 10.9 % just don’t work.

We were due to travel over 350miles to meet with a salesperson to view a car but this was thrown in the air .The car was not there but out with a customer but he still wanted a deposit.After ringing the garage I got the manager and he explained the situation with the car.We do hope to come down next week if not before to see the car.We do hope we can do business with your garage.
