Rory was fantastic to deal with. Very knowledgeable and helpful. After reflection I could not justify buying a new car as I do so little mileage and the car would basically sit in my driveway flooding nothing.

Staff at Lookers, Hamilton were very helpful. Car was returned washed & valeted. One issue I have is that my car had a child lock fault. I have never used the Child lock since I got the car. Fortunately my car was still under warranty by a few days. If it had not been it would have cost me £930 approx. From what I understand this is a known fault with these cars. Can't see how you could justify charging customers for a known fault. It might put me off buying a new Audi car in the future.
