I used the online service to book my car in as it was being picked up and returned The service was first class my car got picked up on time and I was kept updated and sent a link to see my car getting it’s service Also I was kept informed when my car would be returned also my car was absolutely immaculate when returned

Initial fault (parking sensor repair) was well catered for, albeit - availability to attend was limited. Earliest appt was 4 weeks out, which I had to cancel due to work, a further 3-4 weeks for next opportunity. Also, a secondary matter which was communicated prior to visit (changing socket cap cover failing to release) was not rectified, will require a further attendance.

Can’t thank the staff enough for the usual terrific service( pardon the pun)

Salesman was excellent but after sale I telephoned a few times and never got a reply from
