Dale took the time to explain everything fully to my wife and myself, he was patient and gave us both the chance to ask any questions about our new Q4 e-tron. We’re weren’t rushed in any way and completed the handover when we’re were both satisfied with everything that was explained to us. I would just like to add that the coloured charge point cover wasn’t fitted securely and dislodged, I managed to retrieve it the first time it came off but unfortunately the second time this happened when I was travelling. Sadly the vehicle is now without a complete cover on the charging cover. I would hope that this can be resolved by replacing the cover under the manufactures warranty.

The salesman was very patient with me ( I am 77yrs young) and told me a lot about the different functions regarding my new Audi Q2 but I would like another meeting as I have forgotten some of the things he pointed out to me and the manual is not very helpful to someone like me as I find it too technical.
