Advisor we dealt with was very professional and kept us informed every step of the way with our MOT and oil change. Also spoke to us about extending our service plan cover which we done. Easy to use. Asked the guys to top up my ad blue , my app was showing less than 1000 miles left , they said it would be checked during the health check and would show up on health check video with a cost attached. When i picked the car up I wasn’t billed for ad blue , so I thought everything was ok. The following day I checked app and was still showing 1000 miles, I purchased my own ad blue and topped up with 10 litres. I know this is trivial but I specifically asked for this to be checked and it wasn’t.
