The salesman Grant was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional without being pushy. He also, more importantly, didn't make offers that he could not actually do. This experience was the total opposite of your Audi branch at Braehead. Twice I have been in, and on both occasions not one salesman even said "Hello". When discussing with other people, it seems this is a common theme for Braehead branch.
