Working in the car trade I normally buy from my own company however with limited availability on what I wanted I looked elsewhere. I found a stunning white A5 on Lookers Hamilton site and started the car purchase journey. In less than 1 hour of my enquiry John had sent me over a citnow video of the car, long story short the car failed its 149 Safety Check. John called me and told me this, I was not disappointed with this, I appreciated his honesty and this is not something you come across alot working in the car trade ! I found a new car and John done me a fantastic deal, he met all my needs, he understood exactly what I was looking for.I was kept fully up to date with the process, emailed over all documents to sign etc, he really did make the buying process so easy.The night before I collected my car John sent me another clip of my car under the Audi Cover and I instantly couldnt wait.I have had a few cars, 4 brand new cars out the wrapper and I have never been made feel like a valued customer the way I did at Lookers Hamilton on Friday ! John again made the experience so easy, explained everything about my roadside etc. The sales manager also came and introduced himself to personally thank me for my business (always a nice touch). The reveal was a 1st time experience for me, it was honestly next to none, John didn't rush me, he aloud me to take my time getting a video and pictures etc. Went over all controls and wished me well on my way.5 star customers satisfaction from me. I have already told friends about my experience from Lookers Hamilton and how amazing John was. I will most definitely be back in the future!

I had my car serviced before here and the service was excellent.I was a little bit disappointed this time for 2 reasons.On collection of my car they had difficulty finding my keys, brought 3 or 4 different sets to me before eventually finding them which doesn't inspire confidence.Also my car did not receive a complimentary wash / wipe like last time or as promised when booking it in.Minor complaints really but it was such a good service last time I was disappointed this time.However I am sure it was just a blip and I probably will be back .

Brilliant service and communication

I booked the service appointment online however someone needed to phone me to confirm what work I was looking to be carried out as I hadn’t clicked service though the service was due. I clicked everything which was appropriate on the basis of the age of my car as certain things covered earlier models only.

The service we received from meeting Ryan on arrival to buying our car with John, everything was very smooth and easy. Great options offered, really knowledgable staff. Fantastic experience.
