I didn't visit the Hamilton Branch, but as ever the Audi representative "John Murray" was extremely helpful, from my first enquiry to sending a video of the car in question and subsequent follow up conversations.Your team as ever is extremely professional and helpful and I am glad to be back driving an Audi, albeit bought from another Audi dealer garage, (however this was just due to personal requirements.)
