From booking the collection to getting my car brought back it all went so smoothly. I have the service plan etc so it was an absolute delight, & my cat returned cleaner than when it left great 5 out of 5 or 20 out of 20

All good. The only minor comment would be that wait times for appointment dates are still quite long. this requires customers to be more organised and arrange appointments well in advance.
