Both Rory and Lewis were very helpful on this visit and pass on my thanks to service team for dealing with my car promptly as I had to wait on site.

Only let down was lack of suitable vehicle... still looking...Finance options should be a not applicable response.

I was happy with the dealership but extremely unhappy with the Audi brand. I ordered car in January and was given a a date of week 24 to receive the car. This was changed to week 19 and then moved to week 26. The I received an email with a letter attached and I contacted you to be told it would likely be week 40. When I contacted you later on I was told the build had not started. I received further communication stressing that you could not give me a date of when I would receive the car. However, Rebecca and your stock controller went out of their way and managed to source a cancelled order on a different colour which I accepted. As I said I was delight with the service from Rebecca but not from the Audi brand.
