The Lady at the front desk when you walk in to the Hampton Mitsubishi Service Area was very friendly, smiling and I love that kind of customer service.

Everyone was great.My only complaint is:I left messages to return my call to make an appointment, but no one return my call.I had to call back at the end of the day and was complaining how many time I called and left messages. Finally, I talked to someone about making an appointment. Please return calls

My work was completed in less time than I spent waiting on check out. I hadcpaid my deductible but could not leave until all completed with warranty paperwork. This should have been handled in advance. I waited approximately an hour before I could leave for my 2 hour drive back home.My only complaint was having the Customer wait so long to check out due ro warranty paperwork.
