Service advisor is always so friendly and welcoming. I didn’t get a chance to book an appointment with my busy and unpredictable schedule, so I walked in and was served anyway. The service department is very professional and eager to help. I even witnessed them all showing concern to a vehicle that was making noise. Several of them observed the vehicle, all sharing their diagnosis on it. It was very interesting to see how knowledgeable they all are. It was at that moment I knew I had made the right choice in purchasing my vehicle with Hampton!

Everyone was great.My only complaint is:I left messages to return my call to make an appointment, but no one return my call.I had to call back at the end of the day and was complaining how many time I called and left messages. Finally, I talked to someone about making an appointment. Please return calls
