I explained the problem and noise I was experiencing with my vehicle and the service technician knew exactly where the problem was and fixed it and he had the best manners and personality!! Dallas was my sales guy, and Britney was my financing person at Hampton Toyota and Mitsubishi in Lafayette, LA. The entire team at Hampton is fantastic.I called and asked for a salesperson. Once connected, I quickly explained exactly what I was looking for, told him about my time constraint, and he immediately said, "No worries, I can help you". And that he did. He went above and beyond to make it happen. The finance department was also amazing! Hassle free!
