I was able to add one request to evaluate the brakes upon arrival as well.

I called back about my alignment and they checked it out. My only feedback would be if you balancing tires why would there be a fee for balancing and mounting . Why are customers being charge to put a new tire on , balance and mounting when it’s part of the job and claim is paying fir the replacement , how else can the job be consider insurance is paying for replacement . That’s seems to be double charging for customers . Otherwise I was good with everything else . What should have been a $38 est. turned out costing me $166.They fixed every issue I addressed as a concern for my car. Did follow up .
