I have tried numerous times to contact the service department at Hanania Mitsubishi. I paid for my 2018 Outlander PHEV (VIN JA4J24A56JZ031809) to have it's batteries evaluated. I have left voice mails and have asked Isaac for a return call on the status of this battery report. When I call each of the following numbers ((904) 779-0708 or (904) 475-2523) I end up with a recording to leave my name and number, with NO follow up response.I live over an hour away from this dealership, in Fernandina Beach, but feel the only way to resolve my issues will be to come in, to only discover they don't know anything or have not sent the data to Mitsubishi Japan. This was the second time my vehicle was surrendered to your dealership to resolve my issues. ( 1st time: 28NOV25 - inv# 55112; 2nd time: 13JAN26 - inv# 55880). I am completely dissatisfied and plan on follow up with the appropriate entities in getting problem resolved. Than you again Chris and the Hanania staff for making this one of the most comfortable vehicle purchases I’ve made, and making me feel like a valued customer.Current interest rates are extremely high, making the payments much higher than what I am used to. Would’ve liked my payments to stay around the $500 range. I’m thankful that I don’t have a payment for 90 days though.Chris was awesome. Listened to everything I was asking for and didn’t pressure me into a sale.

My salesman Josiah was great... very professional and knowledgeable.I still had to push to get 100% truth from the finance department, but overall a better experience than most.
