The dealership advised me that my 2025 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross was not equipped with the feature to self lock doors once vehicle is put into drive, you have to make sure you remember to manually lock your doors yourself. I truly couldn’t believe this vehicle did not have this feature, this is really a safety hazard for your customer that has purchased this vehicle. I hope and pray in the future that the manufacturer’s would consider making sure all it’s vehicles would have this feature.

I had to come back the following week because there was a lot that needed to be done with the car.The staff is always professional then actually know me by namenow that I come all the time.I always get good service. They’re available when I need them and they get me in at a promise time and if it will take longer, they will let me know.

I was trying to make an appt myself and speak to the service dept, because I have two vehicles and both needed servicing, but I kept getting a call center employee. It was my fault, I didn't need to talk to the service advisor to make an appt. Once I realized this, I was able to make an appt right away for the dates and times I wanted.I had an issue with a repair that I had previously completed, but the advsor/ technician was suggesting I needed again. The work was completed by a previous advisor and technician that are no longer employed there. I looked back at my records and showed it to the advisor and service manager and they agreed to make the repair at no additional charge to me due to the short mileage. This was excellent customer service and deserves 👏🏾 because this was a costly repair, well at least it was to me and my wallet. Kudos to Hanania for doing the right thing.I have been a customer for four years since I moved to Jacksonville Fl. I bring my car to the dealership for all my oil changes and maintenance. I get good customer service, so much that I bought another vehicle from Hanania and now I bring both vehicles to Hanania ONLY for oil changes and repairs.
