Not being communicated withI am told parts were 2 days out. And still have not heard from them to schedule an appointment.This is the 3rd time in months my vehicle has been to be serviced. A service I had done the first time has been recommended both other times, and not needed.

I couldn't ask for a better experience. I am a little seasoned in aged and where some people wouldn't think it was a big deal but the attention to detail was everything. Saleman noticed my phone was going dead. Offered me his charger. I loved my experience I have and will recommend the dealership for the professional treatment.I was treated with respect. My needs were heard and not dismissed. That means another to me, I am simple to much technical things are overwhelming. Team took there time and took care me like family.

Overall, my wife and I were very satisfied with our experience. Alfredo (Finance Manager) and Julio (Sales Representative) took excellent care of us from the moment we arrived until we left in our new vehicle. Their professionalism, patience, and friendly approach made everything easy. The dealership itself is very comfortable, with clean facilities and drinks available for customers.
