The people at Hanania Mitsubishi on blanding in Jacksonville FL were amazing people they helped me out so much to get in a new ride from Joseph to Alberto Alfredo and Jay and the customer relations lady in that department are very hard workers and outstanding I will refer anyone to them

Although I had an appointment I still had to wait.The issue still persists and I was first given only possible solutions. Had to leave the vehicle again to get the issue fixed.He barely called me regarding my car. When I called and ask for information regarding my car he never knew anything about it. He would always mention he would call me back with the update but most of the time he never called back.In the paperwork it says the car was cleaned but it’s not true, it was left how I had it. Maybe only in the driver seat the mat was cleaned a little bit. I had to call them to make sure I can go in and pick up my car since they didn’t even bother to inform me. Again there’s minimal communication.Better communication, it’s unacceptable to have to wait for a week or more with no update or call back.They didn’t even mention why my car had almost 50 miles more than when it started, less than half of tank although I left it full and not even the sticker of the oil change. The lack of communication affects the costumer service. I wish they actually had the time to explain all of this.I still had to wait although I had an appointment made
