The only thing that bothered me was I had a nail in my tire and the said it couldn't be fixed it was on side wall ,they tried to sell me a new tire. I took the car to tire plus were it was able to be patched I didn't need a new tire .

There was no issue. I just dis not like the fact that the dealership charges a 3 percent fee if you use your credit card to pay for the services provided.

Very basic waiting area.They rotated the tires but did not check the tire pressure. I had to adjust at home. .... Basic stuff. Never in my life not check tire pressure and fluid.Of all the places I have had cars serviced over the years, this is literally the minimal waiting area. The best was Saturn on US 1. They were the best and the standard I go by. If you would like to know how to improve your services. Let me know. I have a laundry list of improvements.brendan@anderzoen.net.

They did not wash my car. Not sure if they did not have anyone there to clean cars, I took it to a car wash.The receptionist was perfect. I really appreciated her letting me know that the dealership charges a 3 percent fee if you use your credit card. I ended up paying cash for the service for my vehicle.
