Everything was a smooth process from beginning to end. My only thing for improvement is the detail department left at the end of the day and I had to bring the car back to get all the stickers off and cleaned up, and then the detailing still wasn't done completely.The buying process was smooth and efficient. Our salesman Joshua Strachan was excellent. He answered all questions and was very knowledgeable about the products and the financing. Everything flowed smoothly.

I was very disappointed to learn that Hanania Mitsubishi now has a 3% surcharge for payments that are made by using a credit card. I strongly recommend for the service staff to advice the customer about this new business practice at the time a service appointment is requested. It isn't much about the surcharge itself but about the principle.I have been servicing my car at Hanania Mitsubishi ever since I purchased it. The staff is professional and I never had a problem getting an appointment with them.
