I was informed by Javier that I was being bumped from my Top Tier qualification status (1.99%) to 3.99% because my wife was being added on (saying I had no choice).He further stated that was the reason I was paying MSRP, of course I knew better, but was willing to go along.Josiah is an outstanding young man, whom I cannot speak more highly of.He’s very informative concerning what I was purchasing. He answered every question in a timely manner and was there every step of the process.. Anything I asked for or needed, he came through like a true professional!

It smooth and very customer friendly.The wait wasn’t long and they explained every thing to you. They break down the recommendations and what needs attentions so I can understand.
