There was a language barrier with the scheduler. Although she was very nice, it was a little hard to communicate with her to get questions answered. She did schedule my appointment, but I had also requested a call from someone to discuss some things and did not receive the call so I’m not sure if it made it in the notes. Luckily I know that Tony in the service department was going to ultimately take care of me so it wasn’t a huge deal. Could have been if I didn’t already know these guys though.Keep up the good work Tony and the boys!
