Very friendly , even when i had to way the sale ppl would hold small conversations with me and my me laugh doing my wait which help with my anxiety. Not only that dan did a wonderful Job. I also like how they broken the cost and repairs down to me and explained why certain thing had to be done on the car.Very friendly , even when i had to way the sale ppl would hold small conversations with me and my me laugh doing my wait which help with my anxiety. I wish my financing had been what I was promised and I wish I had known about the Sirius XM before I left the location. EverythingI wanted a payment at or under $250 but was talked talked into $389... then the finance guy take me to the office and I'm shocked to find my payment will be $457 which is WAY outside my price range. The finance guy explained that if I paid that on time for 6 months, I could get refinanced and have a lower payment, which remains to be seen.Told me the car had "all the tech" (turns out it has barely any tech) and assured me it had Sirius XM which I explained was VERY important to me (it is a tally only "Sirius XM Ready" which was upsetting as it requires me to buy additional equipment to use the service).The sales person and finance staff were helpful and got me out thebdoor just a little past my required departure time.
