The customer skills from Joseph were outstanding.The sales agent Joseph was courteous and if he didn’t know the answer to a question he quickly found it for us.

Great customer service all the way around. They had everything done in a reasonable time. Everyone was honest and helpful.

They where very accommodating, I needed to run an errand just up the street during the time of my service and they had some one take me while waiting for my vehicle to be serviced.

Buying a car is always a stressful experience anywhere because the numbers are so confusing. The whole industry should be changed to make it the way we buy groceries. One price tag plus tags and that's it. No endless fees and charges. But the sale at Mitsubishi Hanania was good and not stressful. I like the car.It was a good friendly experience at Hanania Mitsubishi. Low pressure and not stressful. I liked it and I like the car as well.It was not a high pressure experience. People were nice and not pushy.
