I used this dealership because the one that I bought my Outlander from, City Mitsubishi in Jacksonville, closed down with no warning. I had to find another Mitsubishi dealership to handle my servicing. I'll use Hanania Mitsubishi of Orange Park from now on.Gary in the Service Department made me feel very welcome when I arrived. He checked me in for my appointment and showed me the showroom and waiting area with the free coffee. He told me how long it would take to have my Outlander serviced and he kept me informed throughout the process. Plus he was very friendly and professional.
