From my experience there was no improvement required at the dealership. But there should be at the call center. Following my appointment at the dealership I received about 3 texts, 3 phone calls to schedule me to come in to Hanania and I advised via text and twice via phone that I had bought a from Hanania. I had the car for week. It was a little frustrating to have to keep responding to the same inquiry.I wasn’t advised of what my loan approval amount was prior to signing documents and not aware of car note payment amount until after document’s were signed. Also was informed 1st car payment would be due in May, but upon meeting with financial advisor was informed it was moved to April. Resulting in a 3 week notice of 1at payment being due.Zachary Kelmann was great. He listened to my needs and wants and provided alternative recommendations to obtain some of the wants that I couldn’t get. He displayed great responsiveness and follow-up in a timely manner. He followed up on multiple occasions after purchase to inquire how things were working out and if I had any questions. He happily assisted in providing me with another overview of the car features and had answers to my additional questions. In addition to Zackary the Hanania team were great and Friendly. They explained my financing throughly and ensured I was aware of payment terms and my rights as car owner. .Zackaeymade the experience worth while. I would highly recommend Hanania Mitsubishi

Just continue making people feel welcome when they walk through the door as you did me when I walked through the door!The process was seamless. Everybody that I met so nice. From the general manager, the finance manager, to my salesman. They were personal and professional. I felt welcomed when I walked through the door. The first day I came.
