Great staff, and was probably one of the better ones to deal with negotiating wise, which everyone seems to hate to do. If I say where I wanna be at firm the start then the back and forth from salesman to sales manager needs to be limited. Either say it will work or not gonna happen and move on.When I walked in and asked for Hannah, was told there was no Hannah that worked there, but this is whom I was talking to when greeted on line, and stated to ask for once I got to the dealership.Love the staff that I worked with.Josiah, Victor, and Scott in finance made a difficult deal, ultimately better our situation over time.

The building is alittle run down. But everytime Ive come back, its alittle more improved.Always friendly. I've never had a bad experience.

The dealer never satisfied my needs. I had the vehicle 4 weeks and I still have no registration for my vehicle. I received the vehicle with no gas and dirty. I was promised a gift card for the way I received the vehicle and that was a lie, never received anything. In my 12 years dealing with this dealer, this is the worst treatment I have ever received. I am very unhappy and very upset with the treatment I have received. I still have NO registration for the vehicle and I am unable to use the vehicle. Right now the vehicle is illegal on the roads. Right now I don't believe I would recommend anyone buying a vehicle from them. I don't want anyone going through the experience I am receiving. To answer your question, NO the dealer has done nothing to resolve my issues. I have a vehicle that is just a paperweight. N0T GOOD. In the past I was always treated awesome, and now this is the worst treatment I have ever received. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
