Great people they willing to help

There were several service recommendations that totalled to 1400 dollars. Services that were not economical. I'll have to get these items done somewhere else

Dan was very efficient and he worked quickly to get my vehicle done so that I can get back to work on time.They are always quick and efficient. Dan has a great attitude

Staff was great, informative, and reminded about the service I purchased for free oil changes and maintenance. Facilities were clean, even the bathroom. Wait time was less than I’ve ever experienced when getting my car serviced at a dealership. I normally go to other professional places because of wait time but decided to try it out and it was well worth it. My advisor was funny, fast, and friendly. He’s my favorite bald, skinny, white guy with a beard hahaha!!!Fast, efficient, and FRIENDLY!!!!

Explained in my previous comment.I gave credit where it was due in my ratings. The facility was fine and the advisor and staff were friendly and timely. I also feel the service advisor and technicians did all they could to rectify the issue. My problem is the fact that when the service manager is not in, the rest of the staff have no way to make things right with a customer, and the service manager hasn't contacted me to try to make up for my time and money for gas and car/driveway cleaning. I feel that I should be compensated for my inconvenience and expense in dealing with this mess. Thank you for your consideration.

Well I'm very satisfied with everything that they do they complete everything and I stay I don't leave my car just stay there and when they get through it don't be no more about an hour and a half so I just sit there and go talk to the people and show them some love get him a hug like I always do that's my daily thing thank you appreciate y'allBecause I know they would get a Best deal when buying a car and they will treat them like a person not a number and I guess that's about it because I love everybody over there in that in in the building so I get along with everybody I'll go speak to everybody and tell always had him thank you
