On previous visits, we received emails with a visual inspection, and a print out of things like tread depth of the tires etc. We didn't receive that this time. Is this a new policy?

Appreciate all that you all do!Super glad to see our service advisor back at Mitsubishi!Vehicle has a rattle noise in the dash that doesn't happen 100²% of the time which makes difficult for the tech team to work on.
