The issue was never addressed with me and it was never resolved. The water dripped for a week and I finally open the plastic covering to empty puddling water about to submerged in the kitchen light. I had towels on floor under the light fixture to keep water from getting into carpet to keep from any mold build up. The water I imagine stopped on its own cause the leak finally stopped leaking on its own.

Your management team needs to be helped out in the offices for admin issues. There’s no callbacks. There’s no follow ups managers managing two properties at one time that never gets back to anyone I went to Huntcliff Apartments. They moved me in the same day. I spent $280 for application fees that I want to be reimbursed for thank you.

I waited months for my heating and cooling system to be fixed. I went 3 days with no heat and an entire week with no air conditioning because the office said they were unaware that it wasn't fixed even though my ticket was still open. The failure to communicate with the residents is ridiculous and needs to be addressed.

No one has EVER called us still.

Ive been being patient after 1 week of no dishwasher or water pressure.. looks like th3 office is ghost town at harbor walk.. repeatedly attempted to have these things taken care of.. what a fucking joke.. now I have an emergency drip in the master bath overflow.. submitted a service request yesterday evening.. havent heard shit.. these fucking ceilings full up with water its gonna get wet and ugly

Darah and Margaret were very helpful but property managers and maintenance has been poor. Took me 4 days to get a working fridge and upper management ignores all my emails and calls.

Yall are nasty thinking these apartments are in good condition and have balls to even ask what the apartments are like. Yall know they are shit

Dhara is the only good thing about that place. Harbor walk would fall apart if she wasn't there. Give that lady a raise.
