It can take a long time to get maintenance over here. But when they come they are very nice. Darah is very helpful in the office. But whoever is above them needs to hire more staff. This place needs help. I’m becoming aware of how many criminals are allowed to rent here. I think you should do background checks. I get that this is a second chance property but that should be for “credit help” not criminals with felonies. I’m glad that the rent is affordable here that’s why I live here right now, to save money to get my family a house. But I can’t even let my kids play outside here alone. This complex is dangerous, infested with German cockroaches and the grounds are usually dirty, there’s abandoned apartments in the complex that can be broken into and squatted in. My neighbor had her window broken and then was murdered on a second occasion by the same man. Why don’t you fix the gates? The pool just opened a couple days ago and it’s been hot for quite awhile. It would also be nice if we could use the gym when the office is closed. Make a key tag or something? The park is vandalized and falling apart..This is a great area but it’s unfortunate that we have to feel like we can’t enjoy the complex outside. This is definitely not a place to stay long term with children-if your a parent that cares about your child’s “well being”. It’s unfair to them that it’s so dangerous to walk around the complex.

Both Britt and I work, so we put to be contacted for maintenance scheduling, but never received any phone calls. Thankfully we were both off the day we had this issue resolved. We were able to address the primary issues with our oven range and got our blinds replaced immediately. Thank you!

The maintenance never arrived or communicated. The issue is not resolved because they never came and only marked it as completed.

We went into the office so many days in a row complaining of the ac we decided to move out because the air was not fixed since June 2, 2026. The maintenance guy said he gotta used ac unit from someone off of like facebook and fixed it and put it on our apartment. The air still does not work right.It is hot during the day, the temperature is very high, it does not go to what we set it on, it is still not working. We are moving out of here. We will be out of here in the next couple days. I have never seen anything like this from an apartment complex before.Usually , my a c was fixed when a matter of days , like three or four. It has been a month and it still is broken.

The maintenance man is just putting “bandaids” on the AC, it needs to be replaced. I still have not heard about someone to come and replace all the wet padding under the carpet. This has been a nightmare!

It took a while maybe weeks before they get to it but when they did, they had to go and come back a couple times, but everything’s OK now

The people who came to do the sheetrock created a water leak, and instead of stopping to report the errors, they completed the sheetrock job and left. There is still a small active drip. This process has lasted for almost three months. My bathroom is a dirty wreck and every time maintenance comes they leave trash on my patio or throw it in the bushes. Send someone competent to fix this. It is not resolved

We have lived here over a year and we still don't have all the drawers working. My sister has reported twice that the air conditioner drips in the bathroom once they came and fixed it. She reported it again and they still haven't fixed it.

I am told by office personnel, compared to other tenants, I have been on property the longest. I’ve seen managers and maintenance workers come and go over these few years. On the 23rd this month makes a YEAR I’ve had service request for faulty dishwasher. Another service request for noisy refrigerator since April. This year is the last contract I sign here.

the complex apt is sorry the job is never done right there's always a temporarily fix you always have to wait a long time for certain stuff. If it wasn't for my back surgery, I would've moved out of here not renewed.
