didnot come and be putting complete

Gutter was not fixed or cleaned. The gutter is not attached to the building correctly and does not catch the water. Nobody has communicated with me to tell me they were doing the work or that any work was completed. I can visually see that the gutter is not repaired

Unfinished work (large hole in sheet rock) and mold stains underneath bathroom sink. Fridge does not work. Oven was very dirty one test run blew a pile of smoke into my apartment and set off fire alarms. Fire alarm battery needs replacement as I am reminded by the occasional beep.

The small children that live in this complex are very unruly, disruptive, and foul mouthed

They Still haven't did any repairs still waiting

I been having mold in my apt for serval months In 2 different places in my apt I've been feeling sick they always say they gonna come do repairs and never Come Always mark the work order completed These place is been the worst

I don’t feel like the apartment was 100% ready to move in. Missing shower rods that took us 4 days to finally get. A very strong smell I guess from the surfacing, that lasted a few days. I had a lot of things to document on the move in checklist.

The problem was fixed for couple of days and now I am having the same issue
