Issue not resolved, toilet still clogged. Apparently there are plumbing problems in the complex. It was not communicated until I called and asked about the work order not being completed. There is still no feedback on when I will be able to use my restroom

There were a few hiccups along the way but we're fairly understanding people. Just hoping to hear back from the office soon about some of the issues we had when we moved in, also still waiting on our mailbox key

This maintenance request was for an animal living in my attic. It was closed because they have to outsource but no contact has been made with a wildlife removal company as of January 26

I had asked maintenance if it would be ok if I used my own refrigerator since the one I had was not working correctly if it would fit. I was told it would fir but after I tried to install it I found it was to large to fit. I have it plugged in and food in it but I can not open the dishwasher now. It is not anyone's fault it's just a hair big and a slight adjustment would correct it. Hopefully I can get them back out today to see what can be done. The crew seems to be focused on keeping things running smoothly.

I am waiting to hear from someone at the office regarding my late fee that was added to my account by mistake. The manager at the apartment has acknowledged that I will get my late fee returned and it has been over 30 days. And there has been no response.

Nothing has been fixed since I moved to the apartment it’s been over 3 months and still waiting for my items to be fixed. Very disappointed

It was closed out that the things were fixed, and they are still not fixed. I turned in a move-in report with several items still needing repair. Nothing has been addressed.
