Please clean your community. Take more care of the pool then letting it go green for weeks. Fix the pavements. Get more people to do work orders. My closet has been broken for months and no one has fixed it. The ceilings are poorly made bc of the water leaking through. You need to fix this community more

Only one of the maintenance request was resolved. I still have two other maintenance request that have been pending for over a week. To get somebody to come resolve a request, I have to go to the office every few hours until somebody comes and if I’m not here and I’m at work, I’m not able to do that so it feels like I’m getting taken advantage of by working to make sure I can pay the rent but maintenance request stay pending indefinitely. It seems.

I called Dara with an update on submitted ticket and with in MINUTES she had tech come out. He resolved the over flow from drain pan in unit and left after I asked him to check coolant (aka Freon) in condenser. The notice of closed indicated “Inspected Unit”; He did not. I since have submitted an updated issue which was caused by faulty A/C unit. Please advise on status

I don’t know if the maintenance was completed we moved out before anything was done! When we moved out there was still black mold and a big ass hole in the ceiling! The leaking pipe had tape around it to “stop the leak” so no I’m not satisfied with the “maintenance”!

My husband and I have lived in the Harbor Walk apartment complex for over two years. We are pleased with the care we receive from both the management staff and the maintenance staff.
