A issue was resolved still waiting on hole in ceiling to be repaired

I answered neutral on most questions because when we moved here it was after the hurricane. The property has been working to improve things. My only concerns is the sewage backup that happens a bit too often. It smells and cant get around it most times. Which means you are tracking waste into your apartment. Even when it dries up there is still tissue and residue there. It's not very sanitary especially when there are children around outside playing. I leave my shoes at the door as to not track that into my house. The steps where im located need attention asap. Its at an incline and super dangerous when wet. My neighbors and their baby slipped down those steps a couple of times. The property management said they're addressing both issues but I've been here a year and nothings changed. I guess these issues take time to address as both aren't easy fixes. Overall though it's quiet and the neighbors are super friendly.

Nothing to complain

Everything was amazing. The only thing I will comment on is that my apartment wasn’t up to my cleaning standards and it’s still smell a little bit like smoke other than that the staff went above and beyond to get me into my apartment and get me approved on time. Tonya took so much time out of her day to really help me and had amazing communication skills. Dara also played a vital role worked their butts off to help me and get me into a worked their butts off to help me and get me into a safe and nice new apartment and I can’t say thank you enough. I would highly recommend Harbor walk apartments to anyone.

It was easy and simple

Roaches were all over the place when I moved in, so I had to sleep my first night in my car, and they should have done the cleaning from the roaches and do the spraying today Thursday, but no one did

I am neutral on clean, because there was black mold on the vent above the tub in the main bath and faulty wall outlets. No lights working in the ceiling fans of the main bedroom. One of the keys to the apartment does not work and both now been misplaced. I should be able to get, at lease, one more key for free. I don’t see on the portal how to request maintenance help.

I love Heather she was very experienced very fast and very nice.
