When I sat down in the waiting room with another dozen or so customers waiting for their cars to be worked on and it was only 8:45 AM on a Saturday morning, I began to think I needed to have made my appointment even sooner. It look like I was in for a couple hours sitting with my phone on Saturday morning. Soon, I began to see CSRs coming out to talk with a few other customers about their repairs. To my surprise, within an hour my car was ready to go with all the work completed. Granted, the car is less than a-year-old under warranty. But if this is any indication of service being conducted for any kind of car repairs, there is no doubt that I will return to Hare Chevrolet. Btw, not that I have any reason to go to any other dealership, but I am really mystified why others cannot perform this kind of personal attention, respect, and service that is a trademark of the Hare staff.
