We have no complaints at all. Very friendly and was able to give us about everything we were asking for.

Last summer this same dealer performed recommended repairs that caused problems with a leaking gasket. It was frustrating because they worked on the problem several times over a period of weeks and it was never properly resolved. On this visit I returned only for an oil change but the service technician found the same slow leaking gasket and promised to ensure resolution with no cost to me. I am gratified for the additional promise that I can return at any time for them to take another look should this problem continue. It is not often that any company these days will go out of their way to make things right. Thank you, Hare Chevy, for doing the right thing.

They had some trouble finding my car in the parking lot after I dropped it off. The guy who was my contact person for the project was Mark and did a great job of keeping in contact with me. Mark was also very apologetic and down to earth.
