I was a little put off when asked for my social security number as I try to keep it from being everywhere. I asked why I had to provide it. I have not purchased a car in 20 years and was not aware that I needed it in order to title the car. Darrell replied, "You want to title it, don't you?" His assumption that I knew I had to provide it kind of rubbed me the wrong way. I know he knows the procedures forwards and backwards but I don't. A better way to have gone about it was for him to politely explain that I needed to provide it so the BMV would title it.

Service took longer then expected. Had to leave it over the weekend. But they diagnosed it and resolved issue, that’s important thing. Good job.
