As always the service dept. Was clean the waiting area very pleasant and the entire staff the utmost in professionalism. My visit was extremely quick and as always I was 100% satisfied with the care I received. I actually drive by at least 3 oil changing businesses in order to have Hare Chevrolet do my oil changes....I love Hare Chevrolet

Very quick and courteous service!

Very good experience this time. It was a Monday. But when I come on Saturdays service is not that good. Every time I go in on Saturday they “somehow “ forget that they are done working on my car and forget to turn paperwork in to cashier. Then the service tech always gives me some lame excuse why it happened. BTW Same thing happened Monday but there were only 3 or 4 customers. I saw the mechanic pull car to lot. I waited five minutes then went to cashier and she said they would bring paperwork when done. Then waited ten more minutes in lobby(only customer there) then I’m pretty sure the cashier had to call tech to bring paperwork. I’m frustrated that I was 1st customer there that morning and my car was first one out. But all the other customers left before I did. Once=honest mistake. Twice=suspiciousness. Three or more times= a problem. Hare we have a problem!

Hare Chevy is amazing. Mark Kimmerling has been absolutely great. He has helped me in every way. Thank you guys
