Service people alway courteous. Travis Fuchs took me out to the service area to my car and explained what they found and the suggested fix. A+ service department!

The employee who helped me was very nice, but gave me some incorrect information regarding a possible refund from a prior service I had there. In the future employees should be trianed to NOT tell a customer about any type of possible refund prior to being 100%. It was for over $900, so I was very excited, only to be told I wasn’t getting that money back by the supervisor.

Sales person did a good job. I didn’t see the purpose in the “pre delivery” pitch from a separate person though.
