Mike was Great to deal with and very cooperative and so was Ryan in financing, no pressured tactics for additions that were not going to be super beneficial, willing to accept no as answer and move on, not try and pressure you into something may not need or could not get from your own insurance company. Have bought lots of vehicles in my lifetime and by far this was the easiest and fastest process ever encountered. I have ones where I already did the financing ahead of time and check in hand and still took forever, but not here. Was a great pleasure to deal with both and also the vehicle is exactly what we wanted.
