I love my Honda, and was pleased with the prompt checkout when I picked up the car.

I actually think you all do a great job and would give you a five, but I don’t understand why it takes an hour and a half for an oil change when I have an appointment. Why make an appointment? It was explained that the appointment was to lessen the number of people in the waiting room, but this has been going on way longer than Covid. Please explain.
