I was beyond loyal to this dealership since 2013. I bought my car, Honda Cares warranty, tires & every service since. I was a factory rep for Saturn & know what a fantastic Service Consultant Steve Wheat is! But his boss wouldn’t pay 100% for a Service Bulletin repair even tho my mileage was under the warranty that had expired a couple of months ago. 50% offer is just okay & that’s why 4/5. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
