My experience with the service department has been a good one. I was able to set an appointment and on that given day my SUV was taken care of without delay.

Due to so many electronic features and settings, it was difficult to fully understand which settings to adjust or change when car received. At times, the summary of features was quick and it was easier to just say, leave at default, than to inquire about feature and change setting.

Everything about my service experience was great. Jason took my appointment and was engaging and easy to work with. Eric was my advisor and gave me a great estimate of time to complete and was a gentleman from start to finish. Give stars would be given if a proper CRM would have notified the team I own 3 Hondas and just paid off my last one and no longer have a car payment. It would have been awesome to have a loaner model waiting for me to test drive. I was ready to buy that day and a great opportunity was missed.
