Recalls and oil change

To begin with I stood in lobby for a while without being acknowledged and then 2X someone walked by saying "someone will be with you in a minute". I understand your computers were down but I felt like you didn't care if I was there or not. After I was helped, everything was great. I was kept informed. There were other recommended services because of my mileage but they still got me out quick. I will be coming back when I need service and recommend others do the same
