Good experience, other than it took longer than expected just for an oil change. Also- I ordered a touch up paint for my car and they said they would call me the next day... that was Thursday, this is Monday and still haven’t heard anything...

I have always had excellent service. However sending multiple texts and numerous emails with surveys is a bit much. I would think one survey would be sufficient to record ones experience. This is the 2nd time I have completed the survey alone not counting the other emails and text messages.

I was treated respectfully and offer a place to wait that was very clean and kept social distance. Also, I was not pressured in anyway to buy services that I was not interested in. That gave me the confidence to stop by next time my car needs any repair or service.
