It was fast, informative, and courteous.

I came in for a recall on my vehicle. The letter I was sent said the repair would take 30 minutes. I sat for almost 2 hours waiting and I think it would have been longer than that if I hadn’t asked someone to check on my vehicle. Recalls should not end up inconveniencing the customer any more than they already are. I have been to other dealerships where this was not an issue. I had an appointment so I don’t understand the delay. I also waited in my car for 10 minutes before anyone came out to greet me.

A bit pricey for an oil change. Another Honda dealership in town offers a free car wash with oil change. That would be nice to offer at all locations. It would also be nice when I pull into your service bay if your representative could greet me and just by asking my name know exactly what service I was there for. I had already given that information when I made the appointment and all the details were in your system, but the rep. who greeted me admitted they had no idea why I was there. Maybe reps could have tablets that connect to the main computers. Just another opportunity for more personalized service.
