Dropped my vehicle off for oil change. Appointment was for 10:20 a.m. My complaint is the follow through letting me know when it was going to be done. Although it was a very busy day there I still should have received a message throughout the day.

Austin is the best. He listens to you and understand your concerns. He was attentive to what I was concerned about with the car and when I needed a new battery. He rechecked to see if I was in a specific time frame to receive a new and free one since it was only 1 yr old battery. He also explained the issue with the tires as well.

I made an appointment online for 10 am, and had to wait a few minutes as both service bays were full. Patrick, my service consultant was friendly, polite, and listened carefully to me. He kept me updated on the progress of the service visit.
