We worked with Mike Sheldon and William Jaco and they were super helpful, reasonable, and not pushy at all. We felt like they were very transparent with their pricing as well as let us make our own decision regarding pros and cons of different vehicles without pressuring us to spend more. Honestly, we have never bought from a dealer despite having been to many because we are always really put off by the hard sell. This was not the case with Mr. Sheldon and Mr. Jaco, who really helped us out. They seemed more interested in making sure we got what we needed rather than that they helped their bottom line.

Long wait tried to sell me an alignment at 12k which seemed a little weird along with a filter. I’ll install the filter. Is an alignment for 138.00 every 12000 miles something normal? Car rides fine doesn’t pull or wobble. We are a couple of old people and are very conservative in our driving habits. Your thoughts?
