Sales person and manager extremely knowledgeable and helpful with out being pushy. That being said we needed a necessary nudge which I appreciated.

The check in process was a bit chaotic and took awhile. I was asked to wait in the bay in my vehicle and no one came for 15 minutes so I went inside. There seemed to be only one person helping half a dozen people waiting. Finally additional staff came to assist. Once checked in, the vehicle was finished in a timely manner. The waiting area was comfortable and person who checked me out was professional.

Appointment was made for A1 service plus squeaky rear brake. Satisfied that service was complete. However, tire pressures weren't properly checked ... returned to dealership two days later because the tire pressure icon appeared. Always appreciate service department!

Easy enough place to buy a car from, my second from them. Great selection, organized (they find the car and the keys and bring what you want to see quickly). They send you out on test drives easily (I'm over 50, your results may vary). Allowed me to make my decision without needless hovering. Business office was quick enough. Clean car, full tank of gas, decent facility with plenty of comfortable chairs use.
