staff was totally professional.... told us that we needed a new tire and due to the extra protection plan we purchased, we had to pay nothing to get new tire, have it mounted, balanced and that was it. we were there on a saturday and was told the tire would be ordered on monday, but instead it was "in" on monday and wife had it finished on tuesday morning in less than 30 mins... totally satisfied with Hare Honda. thank you.

Everything was great but in looking back to fill this out I realized I didn’t get a Crew Carwash coupon. Not sure if that is still something you guys do but I know it’s something I’ve gotten in the past. Just wanted to bring it up.
