Honda completed 75% of the recall items, missing the fourth because they ran out of parts. Currently the part to be replaced is performing adequately so there is no current emergency.

I had a great visit with hare Honda! They recommended what was best with my new car, and they also told me my car wouldn't be done till the next day and I got a call a few hours later saying my car was done and I could pick it back up that evening. Great costumer service

Low tire on. Investigated to see if there was something in the tire. Nothing found so hopefully it was a one time thing. But I appreciated their thoroughness

Stopped by to have a key made. The guy in parts was very helpful and explained the options and cost of each. In the service dept, the service the service rep was friendly and helpful. My key was ready in less time than I expected. The facility was clean and very modern. Overall it was a much, much better experience than I had thought it would be. Kudos to all!
