Steve was great! However, I wish he would’ve checked my emissions problem since the Pilot was there. It’s showing on the dash so why not look at it.

Overall good experience. Ryan (sales mgr) was great. Jeff G (sales advisor) was good to work with but did not respond to follow-up questions via phone & email once the sale was completed (may have been busy with new customers, I suppose ?). Dealership’s employees are the public face that customers encounter and the post-sale experience influences the overall impression. Could have been 5 stars but was not.

I love my Service Advisor, Mr. Wheat. He is always so kind. He is very knowledgeable, he takes the time to diligently to over all the services that are needed on my vehicle. He’s always honest and tells me what is needed in order of the things that are in urgent need compared to the things that can be done at a later date. Before going to the dealership, I already have a good idea how much my service fee will be.
