Austin is the best. He listens to you and understand your concerns. He was attentive to what I was concerned about with the car and when I needed a new battery. He rechecked to see if I was in a specific time frame to receive a new and free one since it was only 1 yr old battery. He also explained the issue with the tires as well.

I made an appointment online for 10 am, and had to wait a few minutes as both service bays were full. Patrick, my service consultant was friendly, polite, and listened carefully to me. He kept me updated on the progress of the service visit.

The check in process was a bit chaotic and took awhile. I was asked to wait in the bay in my vehicle and no one came for 15 minutes so I went inside. There seemed to be only one person helping half a dozen people waiting. Finally additional staff came to assist. Once checked in, the vehicle was finished in a timely manner. The waiting area was comfortable and person who checked me out was professional.
